Conveniently located to serve Houston
Liposculpture liposuction in Houston, sometimes referred to as “lipo”, slims and reshapes specific areas of the body by removing excess fat deposits and improving your body contours and proportion.
Unlike regular liposuction, liposculpture is meant to improve muscular tone by removing excess fat in precise areas. It is a more refined and artistic method of body contouring than standard liposuction.
Liposculpture can be especially beneficial in areas that do not react to diet and exercise. It is not designed to be a weight-loss alternative, but rather a body-sculpting approach. It is best used in conjunction with an exercise and weight-control program.
During your Liposculpture consultation with Dr. Marcos Ikeda, he will answer questions you may have about the procedure and will discuss any safety concerns related to the surgery.

Candidates who are qualified for liposculpture surgery should have a normal body mass index (BMI) with good skin elasticity and little to no skin laxity. Patients who lead a healthy lifestyle but wish to eliminate stubborn fat pockets are suitable candidates.
Patients who are in good health, have firm underlying muscles, and don’t have much fat to remove are ideal candidates for liposculpture. If you want to show off defined muscles that are currently obscured by excess body fat, this operation is for you.
The Liposculpture Procedure
Dr. Marcos performs liposculpture surgery under anesthesia. The complete procedure lasts between 60 and 90 minutes. It includes a few small 1mm entry points in the skin. Because these points are so small, this allows for faster healing.
Dr. Marcos is able to execute precision liposculpture with these minor insertion points. A fine cannula, which is attached to an aspirator machine, is inserted. Fatty tissue is detached from the surrounding tissues, and the aspirator then suctions and extracts the fat.
